Chandler fancy Group B winners Mali to go all the
way as the African Cup of Nations reaches the quarter finals stage.
The Freddie Kanoute-inspired Eagles play Guinea in the quarters,
a game the firm's football odds man David Garbacz expects Mali
to win with something to spare.
"Of all the teams Mali have impressed me most and Guinea
look a poor side," said Garbacz. "Mali's defence looks
very solid and Kanoute has arguably been the classiest striker
in the tournament.
"How Spurs could have done with him being around against
Man City on Wednesday night!" Guinea needed a late strike
from former Liverpool reserve Titi Camara to earn a 1-1 draw
against Tunisia to preserve their African Cup of Nations status
in their final group match.
Unbeaten Mali are 10/11 to defeat 11/4 Guinea on Saturday.
Cameroon are firm's 9/4 outright favourites with Tunisia and
Morocco both 9/2. Senegal and Nigeria are 5s and 11/2 respectively.
"Nigeria look completely overrated and will need to raise
their game drastically against quarter final opponents Cameroon
if they are to stay in the tournament. A task they aren't capable
of doing in my opinion."
Cameroon are 5/4 to beat 2/1 Nigeria on Sunday.
African Nations Cup odds:
Cameroon 9/4, Tunisia 9/2, Morocco 9/2, Senegal 5/1,Nigeria
11/2, Mali 6/1, Algeria 25/1, Guinea 28/1.
