A quadpot bet is available at every British horse racing meeting.
All you have to do is pick a placed horse in 4 tote quadpot races,
normally races 3,4,5 and 6. This is a popular bet especially if
toteplacepot has fallen by the wayside before the third race or
you missed out on doing a tote placepot.
The lowest level of selection is one line of four horses, one
in each leg, which costs the minimum unit stake of £2. However,
any number of horses in each leg can be selected to make a permutation
with each line of the permutation costing £2.
Bets are accepted up to 'off' of the first race of the quadpot
races.
Each £2 stake unit goes into a central pool where it is
divided between all the winning bets. |
